UK Delivery - £1.50 - 1st Class Royal Mail

Paying through the roof for delivery can be annoying and I'm truly grateful that you're supporting my craft. That's why as a thank you I'm committed to posting everything 1st class!

Delivery cost has been kept as low as possible at £1.50, and will take 1-2 working days to arrive once shipped. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

Once you have placed your order, due to it being handcrafted to order, and as per trading standard laws, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. However, you can request a return and refund once you have received your jewellery.

If you are not completely happy with your product, please contact within 5 days of receiving your item to arrange a refund. We will email you the address to return your item. You will have 7 days to return your item once making your refund claim in order for it to be refunded. All items must be returned unused and in its original undamaged packaging. Refunds will be processed the same day a refund is agreed and will take 5-7 working days. Any items received back in an unsaleable condition will be returned back to you minus the refund. Refunds can only be processed back to the original payment method.

Crystal Jewellery Care

Please store your jewellery in the organza bag it came in to protect it when you’re not wearing it. To care for the jewellery please avoid all contact with water, perfumes, lotions, cleaning products and make-up because these will affect the plating, and in turn may cause the jewellery to tarnish / discolour.
